There is a viral video showing the Governor of Lagos state Babajide Sanwo-Olu and the deputy governor of the state, Obafemi Hamzat, making a mockery of the dreaded coronavirus.
The video was filmed when the governor and his entourage arrived at the Mainland Hospital, Yaba, to inspect the facilities at the hospital and also visit the Italian who brought the Coronavirus to Nigeria.
In the video, the deputy governor refused to shake hands with the governor, he settled for a leg-shake instead as citizens were advised to restrict touches due to the virus. They did the leg-shake and laughed over it.
